Today we’re proud to introduce to you the fifth chapter of our Planning Awareness Tool Kit—“What is Public Utility?” Click here to read it.

We believe information empowers people. We want Detroiters to be as informed as possible about the type of work being done to create a Strategic Framework Plan for our city. By posting the —“What is Public Utility?” chapter online, making hard copies of it available at our HomeBase, and handing them out while we engage with people in the community; it’s our hope we empower Detroiters to become involved in charting a new course for the future of our city.

Check back here for the latest. If you have questions, call us at 313-259-4407.
