I’m not available at the time of this “telephone town hall” due to other commitments.  I’m commenting to point out that a “telephone town hall” does not seem like a very useful event to me.  Indeed, especially in light of “Detroit Works” past failures to engage in meaningful discussions with a broad range of people, it seems particularly inappropriate.  My expectation of “Detroit Works” is that it will use events like this to falsely claim that it has engaged in an effective visioning process, in an attempt to ratify the Bing Administration/foundation communities’ previously determined goals.
