The Detroit Works Project is wrapping up its early phases. The effort to make the city work better for its residents holds its final open house today (Tue). But officials say there’s still more work to be done before the project’s findings are released later this year.

Christianne Simms is a process leader and serves on the Mayor’s advisory task force for the Detroit Works Project. She gave a status update to WDET’s Jerome Vaughn.
